New build contract secured

DJ Wordley have been awarded a contract to build a new residential proerty near the centre of Trowbridge. The property, a 2-bedroom bungalow, is the latest in a number of exciting projects which D&PW have won against stiff opposition.

The last 8 or 9 months have remained busy
although still challenging. The major
works undertaken over this recent period include:
A large two-story extension from a previous
customer demonstrating that the good work and a friendly working relationship
brings back repeat business – we run a very tidy site at all times. Also going that extra mile has helped secure
some interesting projects through these very tough times, one of the most
repeated feedback comments is that people like our approach of what we do to try
and save the client money rather than charging for every extra possible.
We’ve been working on a variety of conversions
from ex-business premises to modernising and converting (house to flats) old Edwardian
and Victorian terraced houses. We even
had a collapsing garage roof that we managed to save due to our specialist
roofing experience where other builders had told the client that the entire
roof would have to be replaced. Final
bill - less than £200 versus many thousands from the competition. Now that’s what you call a saving!
